Crossover Skills: Crossover the Ospirin event tests a contestant's ability to balance up and down. The contestant grasps the edge of the hand buckle from the reverse side, needs to push the foot buckle hard, climbs upward, and uses the strength of the upper limb and waist to place the center of gravity on the top of the obstacle to realize crossing.

over Ospirin is a very difficult obstacle course event, which is one of the required events in the Spartan Warrior obstacle course. The length of obstacles can be adjusted automatically, and the number of groups can be customized freely, which can be used as an expansion project for regiment building, quality expansion and military quality training camps.
